Boiling dryer uses air heated by a heat exchanger to form hot air that is distributed into the main unit through a valve plate. Wet materials enter the dryer from the feeder. Due to the effect of air pressure, the materials form a boiling state in the dryer and come into extensive contact with hot air, thus completing material drying in a relatively short time.
Pharmaceutical boiling dryerIt is a drying equipment, also known as a fluidized bed, generally composed of a heater, a fluidized bed main unit, a cyclone separator, a bag filter, an induced draft fan, and an operating platform. According to the different properties of the materials, cyclone separators or bag filters can be selected as needed.
