Boiling dryer: The granular solid material is fed into the fluidized bed dryer by a feeder. The filtered clean air is heated and sent to the bottom of the fluidized bed by a blower, where it contacts the solid material through a distribution plate, forming fluidization and achieving gas-solid heat and mass exchange. Boiling dryer, also known as fluidized bed, after more than 30 years of use and improvement, is increasingly playing an important role in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, grain processing and other fields. It consists of an air filter, a fluidized bed main unit, a cyclone separator, a bag filter, a high-pressure centrifugal fan, and an operation console. Due to the different properties of dry materials, when matching dust removal equipment, it can be carried out as needed, and cyclone separators, bag filters, or one of them can be selected simultaneously. Generally speaking, materials with a higher specific gravity only need to choose a cyclone separator. Materials with lighter specific gravity need to be equipped with bag filters and pneumatic feeding devices for selection.

Boiling dryer is a device that uses filtered clean air to undergo convective heat exchange through a heat exchanger, causing the air temperature to rise to a certain level and enter the main air distribution system. The air is then distributed through a valve plate and enters the boiling device. The warm material enters the dryer from the feeder, and due to the pressure of the air, the material forms a boiling state inside the dryer. The hot air comes into extensive contact with the material, enhancing the heat and mass transfer process and promoting the evaporation and separation of moisture in the material in a short period of time. This device generally operates under negative pressure. 0.1-6mm, *The particle size is 0.5-3mm.
