The working principle of a vertical boiling dryer is to suspend the powder and circulate it in a fluidized state through the action of hot air flow, achieving uniform mixing. These small particles undergo efficient drying under the action of hot air flow, with continuous evaporation of water and solidification of powder, forming ideal and uniform microporous spherical particles.

Vertical boiling dryers are widely used in fields such as medicine, food, feed, and chemical engineering, and are suitable for drying wet particles and powdered materials. It is particularly suitable for small granular and powdery materials with light specific gravity, and can be matched with pneumatic feeding devices and belt conveyors.
