Overview

Product Details

The working principle of a vertical boiling dryer is to suspend the powder and circulate it in a fluidized state through the action of hot air flow, achieving uniform mixing. Wet materials are fed into a sealed container in a hopper, and the hot air flow enters the container through a distribution plate, causing the powder to suspend and continuously roll, thereby achieving a uniform and efficient drying effect.

These small particles undergo efficient drying under the action of hot air flow, with continuous evaporation of water and solidification of powder, forming ideal and uniform microporous spherical particles.
