CCJ/A type impulse dust collector

brief introduction
There are several different types of slurry discharge methods for this type of dust removal unit. This model is a conical funnel slurry discharge impulse dust removal unit, which is standardized as CCJ/A (C-impulse type; C - Dust removal; J - Unit; A - Cone funnel for mud discharge. There are eight specifications based on the ability to handle air volume.
Selection instructions
1、 Scope of application: This unit is suitable for dry purification of non fibrous, non corrosive dusty gases with a temperature not exceeding 300 ℃. Suitable for enterprises in metallurgy, coal, chemical, casting, power generation, building materials, and refractory materials. Another outstanding advantage of this unit is that it can also achieve good dust removal results in the transportation system of viscous quicklime.
2、 The water seal height of the overflow box is designed based on the negative pressure not exceeding 400 millimeters of water column or the positive pressure not exceeding 150 millimeters of water column in the mist chamber of the unit. If it is not used under these conditions, a separate overflow box design is required.
