An electrostatic precipitator is a device that uses the principle of high voltage static electricity to purify dusty gases. By applying high voltage direct current to the anode and cathode, a high voltage static electric field is formed. The gas ionizes under the action of the electric field force, producing a large number of electrons and ions. When the dusty gas enters the electric field, the dust particles combine with these electrons and ions to charge the dust particles. Under the action of electric field force, charged dust particles quickly tend towards the electrode with opposite electrical properties, and finally release charges on the electrode and deposit on it. When a certain number of dust deposition islands are formed, the dust falls into the ash hopper through the action of the vibration device, and the purified gas from which the dust particles are removed is discharged into the atmosphere through the electric field.
