The GMH series cabinet sterilization box is suitable for drying and sterilizing various types of glass bottles such as penicillin bottles and glass bottles. It is transported by stainless steel mesh belt and the mesh speed is infinitely adjustable; Using far-infrared quartz tubes for heating, fast heating, high efficiency, and uniform temperature; The temperature is displayed by the temperature controller and can be automatically set and recorded for future reference; The cooling area is equipped with a 100 level vertical laminar flow clean device, which complies with GMP standards.
IIworking principle
The GMH series cabinet sterilization box mainly adopts the dry heat sterilization method, which is a method of using high-temperature dry heat air for sterilization. Suitable for sterilization of high temperature resistant glass and metal products, as well as grease and high temperature resistant powder chemicals that do not allow wet and hot gases to penetrate. In a dry and hot state, due to poor heat penetration, microorganisms have strong heat resistance and must be subjected to high temperatures for a long time to achieve sterilization.
