Carbon nanotube titanium high-temperature flash dryer XSG-10
1. A high-temperature flash evaporation dryer for carbon nanotube titanium material, comprising a dryer frame (1) and a tower body (6), characterized in that: the tower body (6) is fixedly installed at the top of the dryer frame (1), the interior of the tower body (6) is equipped with flat blades (2) through a blade spindle (4), the tower body (6) is provided with a hot air inlet (16) at the bottom of the flat blades (2), one side of the tower body (6) is provided with an installation gap (13), and a maintenance seal door (14) is fixedly installed outside the installation gap (13) of the tower body (6);
The tower body (6) is located outside the maintenance door (14) and is equipped with a sound insulation mechanism (10). The sound insulation mechanism (10) includes a sound insulation board (11) and a second sound insulation board (12) that are connected to each other. The first sound insulation board (11) and the second sound insulation board (12) are respectively wrapped around both sides of the tower body (6), and a channel ring (17) is provided on the second sound insulation board (12).
