There are a total of 4 pieces in one starting wheel. When starting the centrifuge, the swinging block is extended, and friction drives the starting wheel to slowly start the centrifuge. Its function is to slowly start the centrifuge and avoid damage to the motor life caused by hard start.

1.Increased noise

Possible reasons: The centrifuge is not placed horizontally and the shock absorption system is damaged; Uneven feeding, the drum is eroded by the material for a long time; No relevant lubricant has been added to the friction area.

Solution: Check whether the centrifuge is placed horizontally and whether the shock absorber column angle of the centrifuge is intact and undamaged; Uniformly add ingredients, or adjust the amount of ingredients appropriately; Check whether there is a large amount of bonded dry material in the drum, and entrust the manufacturer to perform dynamic balance testing; Add lubricant to the rotor bearing area.

2.The temperature rise of the motor is too high or the machine cannot reach the rated speed

Possible reason: The machine load is too heavy,Wear and tear of the throwing block, etc

Solution:Check if the materials are overloaded; Check if the swing block needs to be replaced.

3.Brake not working properly

Possible reason: The brake pads of the centrifuge are severely worn

Solution: Replace the brake pads
