This series of centrifuges is suitable for separating suspensions of crystalline or fibrous materials, especially for materials that need to be washed inside the machine. But it requires stable feeding concentration and uniform feeding. The solid content of the suspension is 45-70%, the average particle size of the solid phase is 0.2-3mm (materials with particle size of 0.08-0.2mm can be separated by changing the sieve gap), the suspension temperature does not exceed 80 ℃, and the dry residue after separation and spin drying can reach a dryness of over 90%. Generally, the dryness is around 95% (moisture content ≤ 5%).
