The fatty acid value analyzer is used to detect free fatty acids in grains. This instrument adopts an automatic liquid addition method, intelligently controls the liquid addition rate and accuracy, and abandons the traditional method of observing the endpoint through color change. It uses electrodes as sensors for knowledge endpoints. By accurately measuring changes in the system, the concentration of the measured ion changes suddenly near the titration endpoint, causing a sudden jump in electrode potential. The fuzzy logic control algorithm (grayscale model) is used to fit the curve with the backpropagation method (Bp neural network) to determine the titration endpoint and process the results.
