This grinder can quickly crush various soft and hard medicinal materials and other materials, mainly including Ganoderma lucidum, American ginseng, Dendrobium officinale, Panax notoginseng, pearls, stems and grasses, minerals, grains, maca, dried herbaceous plants, etc. (excluding oily, wet, and viscous materials). Note: The size of the block material to be directly input cannot exceed 40 millimeters.

The material enters the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper and feeding port, and is initially crushed in the first crushing chamber through relative motion between the rotating toothed disc and the stationary toothed disc. The initially crushed material is discharged into the second crushing chamber (outer crushing chamber) through the discharge hole of the rotating disc. There is a high-speed rotating hammer head in the outer crushing chamber, and the material is crushed under the relative motion, impact, tearing, and rubbing between the high-speed rotating hammer head and the inner toothed ring in the crushing chamber. The crushed material is discharged into the collection bag (or box) through the screen under the action of centrifugal force.

Safety operating procedures:

1. Preparation before work

(1) Check for leakage;

(2) Check the tightness of fasteners, especially the tightness of the fixed shaft of the hammer head and the fastening of the rotating disc. All fasteners must not be loose;

(3) Check the installation of screen mesh and sealing ring;

(4) Check if the discharge bag is tightly tied;

(5) The power socket must use a grounded socket;

(6) The moisture content of the crushed material should not exceed 13%;

(7) The equipment needs to be leveled through the foundation to reduce vibration and noise;

(8) Place the machine in a well ventilated area;

(9) Regularly inspect equipment components and add lubricating oil to bearings on a regular basis;

(10) Metal blocks and hard materials that are not easily crushed shall not be mixed in the material;

(11) When cleaning and maintaining, be sure to disconnect the power supply first.

2. Insert the device plug into the socket, close the circuit breaker switch, and press the start button;

3. First idle for about 1 minute, observe whether the rotation direction is correct, the noise level, and the current level (the no-load current should be lower than 5A);

4. The feeding should be uniform. If there is any abnormal sound during the crushing process (such as sharp and piercing sound), the feeding should be stopped immediately. After the sound returns to normal, the feeding should continue. When feeding block materials, it is best to listen to the sound and feed them one by one;

5. This machine is equipped with a thermal relay. If the operating load is too high, it will automatically shut down. After the machine temperature drops (1-2 minutes), it can be restarted. Note: Before restarting, clean the material in the crushing chamber first, and then press the start button to start the machine;

6. If you need to stop halfway, you should first stop feeding and stop after the material in the crushing chamber is crushed;

7. Never put your hands into the machine to feed during work;

8. After feeding is completed, do not stop the machine immediately. Let the machine run for 2-3 minutes. After the material in the crushing chamber is completely crushed, turn off the machine, remove the powder, and clean the residue in the crushing chamber;
