Cleanert PSA is an adsorbent similar to NH2. PSA has two amino groups with pKa values of 10.1 and 10.9, respectively. Has stronger ion exchange capacity than NH2 columns. At the same time, PSA can undergo chelation with metal ions for the extraction of metal ions. Commonly used for sample pretreatment in pesticide residue analysis, removing organic acids, pigments, metal ions, and phenols.
