Open structure: High temperature and high pressure water only exists on the sample and the pipelines connected to it. The equipment is a normal pressure container structure, and other circulation pipelines are at normal pressure. The valve body, sensors, and other components work under normal pressure, ensuring the long-term reliable operation of the instrument. This structure has obtained technology.
Fully closed-loop control: The instrument adopts an imported fully digital control system to implement closed-loop control of the internal pressure of the test pipeline system. During operation, the control system automatically adjusts the main circulation pump and control valve based on parameters such as liquid temperature, operating time, and pipeline flow to maintain a constant internal pressure of the test pipeline system. Even during the alternating process of cold and hot water, there is no water hammer phenomenon, which is better than the national standard requirements;
Intelligent switching: The control system automatically sets the inlet water temperature, outlet water temperature, cold and hot water tank liquid levels, and cold and hot switching time based on the sample pipeline. The intelligent control opens the cold and hot water tank control return valves, so that most of the cold water returns to the cold water tank during the cold and hot cycle switching. During the switching process, the temperature change of the cold and hot water tanks is less than 3 ℃, and the system test energy consumption is low;
Low noise operation: Our company's independently designed water flow controller was installed in the test pipeline, greatly reducing the noise generated by high-speed water flow scouring the pipeline;
Refrigeration device: Imported industrial chillers are used as low-temperature cooling sources, which improve the refrigeration efficiency by cooling the water with water, making the compressor work in a constant state.
