This machine is a dual pressure and pre pressure automatic rotating, continuous tablet pressing machine that presses granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used for tablet production in the pharmaceutical industry, and is also suitable for industrial sectors such as chemical, food, and electronics.

Structural characteristics of high-yield rotary tablet press for computer models:

The outer shell is in a fully enclosed form, made of stainless steel material, and the inner tabletop is made of stainless steel material. The surface of the turntable has been specially treated to maintain surface gloss and prevent cross infection, which meets GMP requirements.

Double pressure, double-sided output, using ZP die, can press granular raw materials into circular pieces and various specifications of irregular pieces.

It has two pressing functions: pre pressing and main pressing. Doors and windows with transparent glass allow for clear observation of the pressing status and can be fully opened, making it easy to clean and maintain internally.

Using frequency conversion speed regulation device for electrical high speed, easy operation, balanced rotation, safe and accurate.

All transmission devices are arranged inside the machine to keep the components clean. The hydraulic system design is reasonable and can ensure the stability of the hydraulic system. Equipped with overload protection device, it can automatically shut down when the pressure is overloaded.

This machine is equipped with an electromagnetic brake motor and other safety protection devices, which can also be adjusted and operated during operation. The punching die can be used interchangeably with ZP19, ZP33, ZP33B, and ZP35 tablet presses.
