1Concentrated cream packaging machineYNB-60 adopts an integrated design, which integrates drug concentration, paste collection, paste adjustment, and packaging. The pot has a large capacity, fast evaporation speed, adjustable heating power, and full process stirring. When the medicine is concentrated to the desired concentration, auxiliary materials can be directly added to the pot to adjust the paste. After the paste is adjusted, it is directly packaged without the need to transfer materials in different machines or containers, avoiding waste of paste and reducing labor intensity for personnel. There is a smoke exhaust fan at the top that extracts steam, improving the working environment. The prepared paste can be directly packaged into independent packages weighing 15-50 grams for easy carrying. This machine has changed the original packaging method of porcelain jars or bottles, using modern packaging technology to achieve vacuum packaging of small bags of paste. It uses a peristaltic pump as the conveying power source and optimizes the pipeline design. It not only achieves stable and accurate conveying of different viscosity pastes, but also clean, hygienic and easy to clean. After vacuum packaging, the paste has a long shelf life, is easy to carry, measures accurately, and is convenient to consume.
2、 Research and Development Background
In the production of traditional Chinese medicine paste formulas, the concentration and packaging of the paste need to be completed independently by two devices, which not only has high equipment investment costs, but also has problems such as large site occupation, high personnel requirements, and large loss of paste transfer. To address the pain points in this industry, we have developed a traditional Chinese medicine concentration and packaging machine, which integrates the processes of concentration, paste collection, paste adjustment, and packaging, achieving integrated processing from liquid medicine to finished paste, greatly optimizing the production process.
3、 Equipment structure
The YNB-60 paste packaging machine is fully functional and occupies a small area (only the size of 60 * 60 floor tiles). It mainly consists of a 60 liter pot body, a high-power heating unit, a stirring device (detachable and quick detachable), a peristaltic pump conveying system, a packaging unit, a computer board control system, a steam recovery device, and a rack. The equipment is equipped with a dedicated interface that can be directly connected to a closed decoction machine through pipelines, truly achieving fully automatic transfer of medicinal liquids, fast, safe, and hygienic
