DCF series spiral umbrella high voltageprecipitator
The spiral umbrella high-voltage electrostatic precipitator is a secondary dust removal equipment used in cement industry dryers, suitable for dust removal of clay, coal, iron powder, slag, etc. It consists of four vertical metal cylindrical bodies as the main part of electrostatic dust collection. The inner wall of the cylinder is equipped with multiple umbrella shaped dust collection electrodes without a top, and the center of the cylinder is equipped with a spike corona wire. A spring protection device is installed at the connection between the corona wire and the bottom. This structure of the dust collector does not produce secondary dust, and the dust collection efficiency reaches 99.8%. It also has a long service life and good dust collection effect.
