Operation process of aluminum-plastic packaging machine
1. The power on green indicator light is on, and the two heating switches for forming up and down and heat sealing are respectively turned to the "ON" position. On the first workbench, the temperature controller controls the forming temperature, which is generally pre-set at 90 ℃ and 100 ℃ respectively. The second temperature controller is used for heat sealing, with temperatures pre-set at around 120 ℃ -140 ℃. The temperature controllers for forming and heat sealing are pre-set at the appropriate level.
2. Put down the pressure block on the feeding roller, the temperature of the forming heating plate is in place, and then turn on the main machine. The plastic PVC is formed first, and the forming bubble hole is in line with the hole position of the heat sealing mold. Pay attention to the heat sealing mold seat and use the handle to put down the heat sealing mold to press the aluminum foil, which will be driven to the punching. Observe whether the plastic (referring to the PVC already formed on the machine surface) moves left and right. If there is a deviation, adjust the lifting direction of the pressure roller seat.
3. If the aluminum foil deviates left and right, the handwheel of the adjustable joint roller seat can be adjusted. If there is a deviation before and after, the box can be adjusted to move.
4. After the heat sealing and punching are normal, moderately open the feeder gate to allow the medicine (tablet capsules, sugar coating) to enter the feeding chamber in an appropriate amount. If there is a small amount of missing particles, they can be manually filled. When filling the particles, the first thing to pay attention to is that the roller press roller and hook break the aluminum foil. In addition, if there are missing particles when the formed bubbles pass through the edge of the press roller, do not force them to fill them again. If the holes are not filled properly, the synchronization will be more seriously affected when the medicine is brought in. Therefore, when the aluminum foil is sealed, it will stick to the mold and need to be processed by the machine.
5. Due to the increase in drug weight, uneven program of aluminum foil tension and machine temperature changes, there may be asynchronous molding and heat sealing, leading or lagging. First, check whether the plastic PVC and aluminum foil have a negative barrier, and then adjust it using the machine's fine adjustment mechanism. The fine adjustment mechanism moves forward and backward in the mold due to its adjustment distance or the front and back adjustment of the box. So before starting up, it should be placed in a neutral position before moving forward or backward. It can also be adjusted by moving the front box. After correct movement, the section should wait until more than ten versions are completed before it is correct. Therefore, do not adjust it randomly before it is completed.
6. The heat sealing quality of plastic aluminum foil (uniform, firm, and flat adhesion) is demonstrated by temperature or pressure, as well as the flatness of the mesh plate. If poor heat sealing occurs, it is generally recommended to adjust the temperature and pressure slightly lower. Adjust the temperature and screw pressure accordingly.
7. Punching offset, cutting with layout offset, stop the machine and move the manually adjustable box to adjust the mold displacement.
8. In daily operation knowledge, it is necessary to understand the structural principle of the machine for operation work. The roller of the top rod seat is driven by a cam, and the up and down strokes are fixed in the position of the upper cover template. If there is a poor bubble cover state, pay attention to the lower forming die or heat seal to the upper dead center, and tighten the column nut. If not careful, it is easy to cause faults, such as the roller needle of the top rod seat biting. The troubleshooting method is as follows.

4. Do not cut off the water supply to any cooling parts during work. Before starting up, supply water first, and then heat the heating components; When terminating production, stop supplying water only after the heating components have reached room temperature.
5. The surface of the heat sealing roller should be kept clean, and when removing attachments, a fine copper wire brush should be used while heating. At the same time, the operator should pay attention to the amplitude of the operation and the distance between their hands, arms, and body and the heating roller to avoid burns.
6. After the work is completed, cut off the power first, cool down all heating components to room temperature, and then turn off the water and gas sources.
7. When using or storing grinding tools, be careful not to bump or scratch them, and do not come into contact with corrosive substances.
8. When not in use for a long time, the accumulated water in the water and gas circuits should be blown out with compressed air, and all parts should be coated with oil and covered with plastic.
