Brief description:

The adhesive solution is heated at a constant temperature through an oil bath;

Equipped with a variable frequency motor and a double-layer large blade stirring device, the stirring speed can be infinitely adjusted according to the glue time and process requirements;

The temperature of the adhesive solution, core material, oil bath, refrigeration, and dropper can be adjusted and controlled through a touch screen according to the production process;

The cooling column is made of glass material, making it easy to observe the molding process of the rubber balls. The coolant level can be adjusted to any height;

Adopting imported refrigeration units, the refrigeration effect is good, and the coolant temperature can be adjusted freely within 0-10 ℃;

The production capacity can reach 10-40 pills per second depending on the size of the pill;

The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which meets GMP requirements.
