The DZ800/2S double chamber fully automatic vacuum packaging machine belongs to the double slot fully automatic vacuum packaging machine and is one of the larger vacuum packaging machinery. The DZ800/2S vacuum packaging machine can automatically swing the lid, completing the entire process of vacuuming, sealing, cooling, and exhausting according to the program without the need for manual pressing of the vacuum lid. Maximum sealing length: 800mm, effective spacing: 545mm. The whole machine is made of 5mm stainless steel, and the heating system is dual temperature and dual control. The temperature of each heating strip can be adjusted separately. Improved transformers and electric heating rods, with easy replacement of heating belts, longer service life, and more beautiful and reliable sealing. The DZ800/2S vacuum packaging machine can be equipped with a specially designed German M-type 6mm double peak sealing line and a special pressure sealing device. It can seal thick materials and wrinkles without air leakage. The ability of the DZ800/2S vacuum packaging machine is closest to that of a continuous vacuum packaging machine, and the unique feature compared to the continuous vacuum packaging machine is that it is suitable for bags with a larger longitudinal length size, reaching 545mm.
