External vacuum packaging machine is a type of external vacuum packaging machine that can be used for single sealing or vacuum packaging. The heating for sealing is usually single-sided, but double-sided heating can also be selected according to the different thicknesses of the customer's bag (optional). The machine is equipped with a lifting conveyor platform, and the lifting range can be freely adjusted from 0-300mm according to the actual packaging requirements. It is easy to operate. At the same time, the standard sealing length of this machine is 600mm/700mm/800mm, which can be extended to 600mm to 1200mm according to customer requirements
This machine is suitable for industries such as large or extra large food raw materials, clothing, chemical raw materials, powders, granules, grains, feed, electronic components, etc. It uses a vacuum free chamber to directly vacuum, fill nitrogen, and seal packaging bags in one go. It is fast, easy to adjust, and can be matched with production lines. It can also be used as a single large bag vertical seal.
