Please note when using a small manual date coder:
When you receive a new device, let it idle for about 20 minutes. The purpose of doing this is to lubricate and break in the guide rail part first. Because the guide rail part is coated with grease, the device will no longer run after factory inspection. Therefore, after you receive the new machine, run it for about 20 minutes first;
When positioning the height of the working platform on the left side of the food date coding machine, please press the jog switch to slow down the speed. Then, when the transfer head rotates to the leftmost position and moves to the lowest position, use this lowest position as the reference point to position the height of the working platform. Otherwise, if the working platform pad is too high, it will cause the transfer head components to press against the worm gear box components during printing, resulting in the worm gear box breaking. The most obvious phenomenon is the inconsistent back and forth speed of the transfer head, with one fast and one slow. Therefore, please use it carefully, otherwise you will need to bear the consequences on your own!
