This machine consists of two main parts: mechanical and electrical

4.1 Mechanical structure and working principle:

This machine adopts electric loading method, and the bottom is the structural support bracket of the whole machine, which contains components such as motor driver, loading motor, reduction system, power transmission mechanism, etc;

The upper part is the specimen clamping and force value, deformation measurement mechanism, which includes the main components such as loading transmission mechanism, specimen stretching fixture, specimen compression fixture, force sensor, displacement sensor, etc.

4.2 Electrical part:

The electrical part consists of a display measurement control part. The display measurement control part realizes various functions such as control, display, data acquisition, and processing. The main controller can select tensile, stiffness, and compression test modes according to different test requirements, and set the sample parameters for each test mode. After adjusting the sample, press the test button, and the system will automatically start the test. Based on the corresponding test conditions, the system will automatically determine the shutdown process and display the corresponding test results.
