FN direct discharge screen: (also known as direct discharge vibrating screen) is a special structured vibrating screening equipment, mainly used in screening scenarios with high output and fast discharge. Unlike traditional rotary vibrating screens, straight row screens adopt a linear vibration trajectory, allowing materials to quickly flow from the inlet to the outlet, resulting in higher screening efficiency and suitable for large-scale continuous production.

working principle

  • vibration sourceTwo vibration motors rotate synchronously in opposite directions, generating a linear excitation force that causes the sieve box to vibrate in a straight direction.

  • Screening processThe material enters the screen surface from the feeding port and moves rapidly forward under the action of vibration. Fine particles pass through the screen and fall into the lower layer or collection bin, while coarse materials are discharged from the discharge port.
