随着我国高速铁路的不断发展，高速铁路防灾安全越来重要，常常接受大风、雨雪、泥石流、地震以及其他突然跌落物的威胁铁路行车的安全，防灾安全监控系统成为确保列运可靠的重要基础装备之一，建立完整的监控平台尤其是防灾电源的可靠成为重中之重，防灾电源作为设备现场层中检测传感核心，防灾系统电源有的从通信基站电源开关箱引接也有从箱变低压开关引接，构成两路独立的0.4KV交流电源，典型防灾电源供电系统如下：

防灾监控低压双电源自动转换电器根据防灾电源的要求设计的一套智能双电源配电箱，当防灾监控设备一路低压进线电源因故障或其他原因断开后，能自动、迅速地将另一路低压进线电源投入工作的一种安全自动装置。这种方案从根本上确保UPS系统电源的冗余。

防灾监控双电源自动转换电器功能特性：
 在由常用电源转换至备用电源或由备用电源转换至常用电源的转换动作过程中，总动作转换时间中的任何延时或断电时间不小于50ms。
 防灾电源供电采用单母线分段的运行方式，两路进线及母联开关的投切通过控制器实现控制。
控制器工作电源取自进线断路器上口，取电源互备，并输出切换后的电源给断路器操作机构，以确保工作可靠。
当两路进线电源中有一路电压中断时，该进线开关先分闸，母联开关后合闸；当进线电源恢复时，母联开关先分闸，对应的进线开关后合闸：进线断路器手动分闸及故障跳闸时，闭锁母线分段断路器的自投。
具有两路电源检测功能，在电源失压(U<30%Ue)时实现自动切换。
控制器应具有躲避电源高次谐波干扰的能力。

具有电气连锁功能，任何情况下，两路进线电源断路器、母联断路器之间三个开关只能同时合上两个。
