Equipment Overview:

This equipment is developed by our company's engineering and technical personnel for the filling of plastic bottle eye drops.

1: The process flow of the production line is as follows: manual bottle placement → automatic bottle sorting → automatic filling → automatic plugging → automatic plug pressing → automatic capping → automatic capping → automatic labeling → finished product completion.

2: The overall operation of the device is controlled by the PIC program, with one click setting and easy operation. The key control parts can be individually adjusted to ensure smoother and more stable operation of the entire machine.

3: The external material of the equipment is 304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with the material are 316L stainless steel or non-metallic materials that do not react with drugs, which meets GMP requirements. Suitable for liquid filling of round or flat bottles, widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, veterinary drugs, cosmetics, food, and chemicals.
