working principle:
Designed using the principle of (net free) centrifugal separation, centrifugal separation has an independent power motor. During machine operation, most of the grinding zirconium balls are distributed around the grinding chamber and move in the same direction as the object due to the centrifugal force of the disperser. A small amount of zirconium balls and materials rotate around the separator. When the separator rotates at high speed, the centrifugal force generated by the zirconium balls is greater than the pressure generated by the pump on the zirconium balls in the chamber, causing the zirconium beads to stay in the grinding chamber. At the same time, when the separator rotates at high speed, the centrifugal force generated by the material is less than the pressure generated by the pump on the material in the chamber, forcing the material to flow out of the separator.
