It can thoroughly clean foreign objects inside and outside the bottles, with no damage to the bottles, simple operation, and high efficiency! This equipment is suitable for bottles of various shapes and specifications in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and other industries. Bottles with a height less than 180 and a diameter less than 250 can be used together. Other sizes of bottles can be designed with specialized equipment. Working principle: Bottles are loaded into a specially designed bottle tray, which consists of a bottle tray and a cover plate. The perforated cover plate of the bottle tray fixes the bottles in place. It is manually sent to the first station, and after the circulating water spray fills the bottle, it sinks to the ultrasonic tank for ultrasonic rough washing. Then, the bottle tray rises and is pushed into the second station, with the bottle mouth facing downwards to complete water throwing, high-pressure water spraying, high-pressure air drying, water throwing again, bottle discharge, and automatic entry into the sterilization oven. The transportation of various functions of this machine is controlled by PLC program. The air source is purified compressed air, the water used for bottle flushing is injection water, and the water used for outer wall and ultrasonic initial cleaning is circulating water. 2、 Main technologies

Working Principle:
