EMS Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) Tweezers
Product Details
Our mission is to introduce the latest products and use the latest plasma assisted film formation technology to coat the tip of low-carbon steel advanced precision tweezers with diamond carbon film. The special crystalline structure of carbon film is very similar to natural diamonds, and can be used for sample collection in harsh environments or with hard materials, as well as biological samples, such as ultra clean rooms, with sturdy and durable tips.
- High hardness(up to 90 GPa)
- No debris, no contamination of the sample
- Good biocompatibility (maintaining cell integrity and no inflammatory response)
- The coating layer is very thin, only2micron
- Chemical inertness to350°C
