The high-efficiency rotating packed bed is a new type of high-efficiency distillation equipment, invented by Zhejiang University of Technology and jointly developed by Hangzhou Keli Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. The 1.2-meter-high supergravity distillation tower is equivalent to the commonly used 15 meter high distillation tower, which is a major breakthrough over traditional plate towers and packed towers. Since 2004, more than 600 sets have been industrialized and applied.

Efficient rotating packed bedIt is a new type of high-efficiency distillation equipment invented by Zhejiang University of Technology and jointly developed by Hangzhou Keli Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. It applies supergravity technology to continuous distillation processes in industrial production. The rotating packed bed is composed of one or more high-speed rotating rotors, and gas-liquid flows through the rotors in a reverse flow manner for contact mass transfer. A commonly used distillation tower with a height of 1.2 meters is equivalent to a height of 15 meters, which is a major breakthrough over traditional plate towers and packed towers. The product has been identified by a national expert group and has reached a leading level (invention numbers: ZL011343214, ZL200510049145.1, US 7344126 B2). In 2007, it was approved by the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund. In 2008, it won the first prize for scientific and technological progress from the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association. In 2010, it won the second prize for scientific and technological inventions from the Ministry of Education.
