Electric threaded three-way ball valve

The electric three-way threaded ball valve is composed of an LQ electric actuator and a three-way ball valve. It is a rotary cut-off and regulating valve with the advantages of tight closure, compact structure, light weight, and easy maintenance. The electric three-way ball valve is powered by AC220C single-phase AC power and receives switch signals from the control system. It drives a reversible single-phase gear reducer through single-phase power switching, allowing the ball valve to switch the pipeline according to the specified requirements. Electric three-way ball valves are suitable for pipeline systems in water supply, petrochemical, metallurgical, mining, textile, energy, papermaking, food, steel and other industries.

Performance characteristics:

1. Compact structure, quick opening and closing, smooth flow channel, and low fluid resistance.

2. Good sealing performance: The use of four sided valve seat material polytetrafluoroethylene elastic deformation can achieve leak free sealing.

3. One valve for multiple purposes: any port can be used as an inlet without leakage, while a three-way valve can be made into an L-shaped port or a T-shaped port

4. In terms of maintenance: After the system is depressurized, there is no need to inspect and repair the entire valve body.

Valve control mode

Electric three-way ball valves are divided into L-shaped and T-shaped, and the direction of medium flow is shown in the following figure. The L-type electric three-way ball valve is suitable for switching the flow direction of media and can be connected by two perpendicular channels. The T-shaped electric three-way ball valve is suitable for dividing, merging, or switching the flow direction of media. The T-shaped hole can make the three channels connected to each other or two of them connected. The electric three-way ball valve generally adopts a two seat structure, and can also adopt a four seat structure according to user requirements
