4Principle of Aluminum Foil Removal Machine:

The aluminum foil removal machine is a multifunctional device, in which the aluminum foil recognition mechanism includes a bottle body induction switch and an infrared sensor. The infrared sensor is aligned with the bottle cap of the bottle body on the assembly line track, and the bottle body induction switch is set on any side of the assembly line track, with its installation height corresponding to the height range of the bottle body. Using an infrared sensor to measure whether the aluminum foil seal of the bottle cap is fully heated and sealed. If there is no aluminum foil removal mechanism, the unqualified products can be removed from the production line track and transferred to the defective product conveyor track for removal, ensuring the normal operation of the entire packaging production line.
