1、 The working process of Tianxing LW (S) series horizontal screw separator:

Barium carbonate, calcium carbonate, gypsum and other materials enter the high-speed rotating drum of the separator. Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid particles and clarified liquid in the suspension are layered according to their density;

Solid particles with high density are settled on the inner wall of the separator drum, while the clear liquid layer with low density is located in the central part of the separator drum;

The spiral pusher rotating in the same direction as the drum is also running at high speed, and the drum and spiral pusher produce a stable speed difference under the action of the differential; The solid particles settled on the inner wall of the drum are continuously pushed out of the drum through the slag outlet by the spiral pusher, and the clarified liquid is discharged from the set outlet.

The horizontal screw separator consists of a rotary drum, a screw feeder, a differential, a bearing seat, a machine base, main and auxiliary motors, a casing, and an electronic control system.

3、 Installation and Instructions for Tianxing Woluo Separators:

2. The installation foundation of the separator can be made of steel, concrete, or brick concrete, and constructed according to the external dimensions of the separator and the parameters of the frame.

3. After the separated material is processed by coarse filtration or cutting machine, the flow rate is input by the pump according to the design requirements of the separator.

4. The control valve is set within 2 meters of the feed inlet of the separator. There is a transparent tube between the feeding tube and the separator for easy observation.

5. The lifting position of the separator is at the four corners of the frame; Strictly prohibit the lifting of bearing seats and main shafts; Forklifts are used for unloading and loading.

6. The separator adopts an elastic fully floating bracket, which is horizontally placed on the foundation without the need for foot bolts.
