The principle of paint mist recycling: Paint mist recycling can be divided into two parts:

One is that when spraying workpieces, the paint mist collides and mixes with the water curtain, and the water curtain will dissolve some of the paint mist and fall into the sink;

The second is that the paint mist that has not dissolved into the water curtain enters the washing chamber through the gap at the bottom of the water curtain plate, and is fully mixed with the water mist sprayed by the atomizing nozzle. After the separation and sedimentation of air and water, it flows into the water tank. Regularly add paint mist coagulant to the sink to form paint residue.
