Usage and Maintenance
1. Install and fix the distribution box, open the inlet and outlet chamber covers, connect the cables to the corresponding markings on the wiring terminals through the introduction device (if the screws are missing, they should be replaced with the same length and not lengthened), connect the internal and external grounding wires, check for correctness, close the cover, tighten with fasteners, and tighten the compression nut to seal the cables to ensure explosion-proof performance. After completion, they can be used.
2. The distribution box must not be disassembled at will. During maintenance, the front power supply must be disconnected before opening the cover for repair. The explosion-proof surface must not be damaged during maintenance. After maintenance, the explosion-proof joint surface should be cleaned and coated with 204-1 anti rust oil. The sealing gasket on the wiring chamber cover must not be damaged and the cover must be closed properly. The bolts (nails) in various parts must be tightened before use.
3. The distribution box should be inspected regularly. If any damaged parts are found, the factory can provide spare parts. The installation inclination of the 5.4 distribution box shall not exceed 5 °.
4. The distribution box should be used indoors, and if used outdoors, rainproof measures must be taken to prevent rainwater from entering.
