Detailed explanation of working principle

Its working principle is based onInertial Vibration ScienceAs shown in the above figure, when the vibration motor is started, the eccentric blocks at both ends rotate at high speed, generating a strong directional excitation force.

This excitation force can be decomposed into two directions of force:

• Vertical forceThe spiral groove generates vertical vibration, continuously throwing the material inside the groove upwards, making the material in a "jumping" state, reducing the friction between the material and the groove bottom.

• Horizontal twisting forceDue to the helical shape of the spiral groove, this horizontal force will be converted into a torsional vibration around the central axis.

In these two forcescombined effectAfter being thrown up, the material will fall back onto the groove surface and move forward (i.e. upward along the spiral trajectory) for a short distance under the combined action of gravity and horizontal thrust. This cycle repeats itself, achieving a smooth and continuous spiral upward movement of the material.
