It is a liquid nitrogen freeze-drying bead ball packaging system launched by Guangzhou Feisheng Company. The system is desktop, occupies a small area, and can be applied in drying rooms or isolators. This system can automatically pack freeze-dried small balls into carriers, such as EP tubes, 8-tube tubes, 96 well plates, penicillin bottles, and so on.
After the small ball packaging is completed, the carrier needs to be sealed in various ways, such as pressing or heat sealing with aluminum-plastic film.
Liquid nitrogen freeze-dried bead balls have the characteristics of small volume, electrostatic charge, easy breakage, and moisture absorption and redissolution. The technical team of Guangzhou Feisheng analyzed and summarized these characteristics, designed and developed automated packaging equipment, and is suitable for rapid packaging of freeze-dried beads in the standard range of 2-50ul.
