1、 Overview of FYS Fluoroplastic Corrosion Resistant Submersible Pump

The FYS corrosion-resistant submersible pump is a vertical structure, which is a single-stage single suction long shaft submersible pump developed and produced by our company in combination with similar products at home and abroad. The fluoroplastic submersible pump is suitable for conveying media with temperatures ranging from 0 ℃ to 120 ℃, without solid particles and corrosive properties. Higher than peers in terms of usage temperature and lifespan. All parts of the FYS series fluoroplastic submersible pump that come into contact with the medium are coated with fluoroplastic alloy, and the lower sheath is made of high-quality silicon carbide, which has advantages such as wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Moreover, the pump body and impeller are immersed in the liquid, occupying a small area, and the shaft seal has no leakage phenomenon. The direction of the FYS chemical pump should be started according to the direction indicated by the pump, and it cannot run in reverse. When starting, the pump body must be submerged in liquid, and the liquid level height must be 180mm above the centerline of the impeller.
