1 Structure and working principle:

The tubular separator consists of a body, transmission system, rotary drum, liquid collection tray, inlet bearing seat, etc.

The motor is connected to the large pulley, which drives the small pulley to transmit power to the flexible spindle through the belt and tensioner, and drives the drum to rotate at high speed.

The material is injected into the high-speed rotating drum through the bottom inlet, and the drum with the animal material rotates at high speed to form a strong centrifugal force field, causing the material liquid to flow upward along the inner wall of the drum. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the material liquid separates due to the existence of its density difference.

GF-Separate type:The liquid phase with a high specific gravity forms an outer ring, while the liquid phase with a low specific gravity forms an inner ring. They flow to the upper part of the drum and are discharged from their respective discharge ports. Trace solid particles deposit on the drum wall and are manually discharged after shutdown.

GQ-Clarification type:Solid particles with high specific gravity gradually deposit on the inner wall of the drum under the action of centrifugal force, forming a sediment layer. After shutdown, they are manually discharged, and the clarified liquid phase flows to the discharge port at the upper part of the drum for discharge.

II Main features and uses:

Strong separation ability, simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, low energy consumption, and small footprint. High speed, high separation factor, suitable for high and low temperature materials, low noise.

GF-Separate type:It is mainly used to separate various lotion that are difficult to separate, especially for liquid-liquid separation with little weight difference compared with II, and liquid-liquid solid separation with a small amount of impurities.

For example: oil-water separation, separation of plasma biopharmaceuticals, separation of animal blood plasma and blood cells.

GQ-Clarification type:Used for clarifying various difficult to separate suspensions. Especially suitable for solid-liquid separation with low concentration, high viscosity, fine solid particles, and low solid density.

For example: clarification of various medicinal and oral liquids; Extraction of various proteins, saponins, and pectin; Clarification of coal tar and graphite; Blood separation, vaccine mycelium, and sedimentation of various glucose.
