Working principle

The filtering cart includes a stainless steel bag filter, pneumatic diaphragm pump, air source two-piece, and single air control valve, which are installed on the stainless steel cart. The pneumatic diaphragm pump sucks the material from the cylinder or tank into the side inlet pipe of the filter housing and flows it into the filter bag. After filtering out impurities, the material is pumped to the filling machine for filling or stored in a storage tank. A bag filter is a pressure filtration device mainly composed of a filter cylinder body, a filter cylinder cover, a quick opening mechanism, a stainless steel filter bag reinforcement mesh, and other main components. The filtrate flows into the filter bag through the side inlet pipe of the filter housing. The filter bag itself is installed in the reinforcement basket, and the liquid can pass through the filter bag of the required fineness level to obtain qualified filtrate.
