Fine crusher

The PCX series fine crusher combines the advantages of the third-generation fine sand making machine, hammer crusher, impact crusher, and impact sand making machine. It is a fine sand making machine with large feed particle size and small discharge particle size. The machine adopts a large arc-shaped crushing chamber and utilizes the principle of "stone hitting stone" self crushing. The crushing chamber is a screening chamber with a grate gap. The fine crushing hammer developed by our company has achieved low-cost operation of the fine crusher.

The material enters the cavity and falls onto the high-speed rotating hammer head. Through the interaction between the hammer and the counterattack plate, the material is initially crushed in the hammering zone. After multiple high-frequency repeated hammering and counterattacks, the material descends onto the middle partition, forming a pile up and sliding, falling onto the high-speed rotating lower rotor's feeding tray, and then being thrown into the counterattack plate at high speed for collision, falling, and forced to counterattack, break, and grind by a mobile plate hammer. Therefore, the material undergoes multiple composite crushing, scouring and grinding during its self weight falling process, thus achieving the effect of fine crushing.
