Usage: 1. Rolling dyeing hot melt method
ER slurry dosage: 2-3g/1 (depending on user test)
Process flow: Two immersion and two rolling (rolling liquid rate of 70%) Pre drying (100 ℃) Baking (coloring) (180-200 ℃, 30-20 seconds)
2. High temperature immersion method
ER slurry dosage: 0.2-0.3% (relative to dyed fabric)
Bath ratio: 1:10-30
Dyeing temperature: 120-130 ℃
Insulation time: 30-60 minutes
PH value: 5-10 (preferably in acidic bath)
3. Low temperature adsorption fixation immersion method
Dosage: 0.5-1.0%
Bath ratio: 1:25-40
Dyeing temperature: 50-60 ℃
PH value: 4.5-5 (adjusted with acetic acid)
Process flow: Add ER slurry whitening agent and additives (1-2% Yuanming powder, adjust pH with glacial acetic acid) to the dyeing bath at room temperature, and heat the fabric to 50 ℃. After dyeing for 30 minutes, wash, dehydrate, and pre dry to set (<180-190 ℃ for 30 seconds).
Attention: 1. The ER slurry fluorescent whitening agent is a light yellow slurry. Before use, it should be shaken thoroughly and then accurately weighed. When excessive, the whiteness may decrease or even turn yellow. Insufficient weighing can affect the whiteness. 2. If the suspension is found to precipitate and stratify, it only needs to be shaken well before use, which does not affect the quality. However, if clumping is found, and if freezing is found in winter, it only needs to be heated and baked, and stirred well, which will not affect the whiteness.
Usage: Mainly used for whitening and brightening various blended fabrics such as polyester, polyester cotton, polyester silk, polyester linen, polyester wool, nylon, etc. Especially suitable for pad dyeing or high-temperature immersion dyeing processes.
