Overview
The PCBA board splitter takes materials from the connection point of the reflow soldering back-end detection station and automatically enters the board splitter station through a small streamline. The board splitter station takes PCBA boards and automatically separates them through XYZ modules. Next, the boards are taken, and the waste board edges are discarded. The sorted PCB boards are placed on a carrier and enter the next process testing station
