Performance characteristics:
The fully automatic bag feeding vacuum packaging machine can use a robotic arm to automatically pick up, open, load, fill, measure, and vacuum package vacuum packaging bags, fully realizing unmanned operation and truly achieving automated packaging. The packaging bag range is 100-260mm in length and 60-200mm in width, with a packaging efficiency of 2000-2600 bags per hour. By replacing different feeding systems, the equipment can automatically perform quantitative vacuum packaging on different materials such as liquids, pastes, powders, and blocks. Equipped with an automatic feeding machine, the block materials can be weighed and vacuum packaged at the same time. The packaging machine is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC from Japan, and the human-machine interface uses Mitsubishi products from Japan. The entire machine can be monitored. If there are abnormal situations such as empty bags or no bags, the PLC can judge the abnormal situation and output abnormal signals to control the packaging machine to take corresponding measures to avoid wasting materials and packaging bags.

Application scope:
The equipment is mainly used for fully automatic packaging of particles, powders, blocks, liquids, soft cans, toys, hardware and other products. Different measuring devices are matched according to different materials, resulting in low packaging material loss, accurate weight, good sealing quality, and the use of prefabricated packaging bags with beautiful packaging bag patterns to improve product quality. The bag type is suitable for various packaging materials such as paper plastic composite, plastic plastic composite, aluminum-plastic composite, PE composite, etc.
