1. The layout of the machines in the factory should face south, with a flat floor. It is recommended to have air conditioning and dehumidification equipment indoors to ensure a room temperature of 18-24 ℃ and a relative humidity of 40-60%. Open flames are not allowed.

2. Use an oil pan at the bottom of the host to prevent paraffin oil from dripping onto the ground and causing ground pollution.

5、 Operation usage

1. Before starting up, check whether the temperature of the glue tank is suitable for the process requirements and whether the paraffin oil circulation pipeline is unobstructed. Only after confirmation can the machine be started up.

2. Check if all electrical components are functioning properly and displaying accurately.

3. After starting up, check whether the loading volume meets the process standards and conduct regular (every 2 hours) inspections.

4. The amount of rubber can be adjusted according to the size of the explosive bead packaging.

5. Check the amount and temperature of circulating paraffin oil at any time.

6. It is strictly prohibited for foreign objects to fall into the operating platform and circulation pipeline.

6、 Malfunction and troubleshooting serial number phenomenon causes and solutions

1. Phenomenon: Exploding beads appear to fall into clusters (one pill, two pills) or form clusters

Reason: Inappropriate cutting amount and unreasonable bead blasting speed

Solution: High speed self-priming pump speed, high-speed cutting quantity and position.

2. Phenomenon: It was found that the drip pills were not flowing smoothly

Reason: There is a foreign object on the nozzle

Solution: Clean the nozzle

3. Phenomenon: Poor closure of bursting beads

Reason: Unreasonable temperature of the adhesive solution

Solution: Adjust the temperature of the adhesive solution

4. Phenomenon: Poor formation of bursting beads

Reason: The power of the adhesive does not meet the process requirements, the heating temperature of the nozzle is too high, and the cooling temperature of the paraffin oil has changed

Solution: Replace the adhesive solution, check the heating temperature of the nozzle, and adjust the cooling temperature at high speed

5. Phenomenon: Inaccurate or unstable bead loading quantity

Reason: The liquid has bubbles or is too thick, the feed pump leaks or the machine is loose

Solution: Improve the liquid state of the material, repair or replace the feeding pump components

7、 Maintenance and upkeep

1. Regularly check the insulation resistance and grounding reliability of each component and control circuit in the electrical system to ensure electrical safety.

2. Check the storage capacity of paraffin oil and oil tank in each shift, and promptly replenish if insufficient. Regularly clean the paraffin oil circulation pipeline.

3. Check the tension level of the high-speed main engine transmission belt during each shift, regularly check whether the transmission system is running normally, and repair any problems in a timely manner.

4. Check whether the eccentric wheel on the spindle is loose in each shift, and tighten it promptly if any looseness is found.

5. The glue pot, material box, and pill box must be cleaned thoroughly when stopped from use.

6. Generally, all pipelines are cleaned every three months, and all mechanical equipment is disassembled, inspected, and cleaned annually.
