Product details:
1. Adopting an imported touch screen, various settings and operations can be easily completed on the touch screen. At the same time, multiple product data can be stored in advance, and when in use, only the parameters need to be retrieved from the computer.
2. Depending on the different configurations of the equipment and the characteristics of the product, the packaging speed can reach 30-80 packages per minute.
3. Sealing and cutting are controlled by servo motors to ensure accurate positioning and excellent sealing and cutting lines. The dual link mechanism ensures that the wider sealing blade can maintain stability during long-term use. The constant temperature heating sealing and cutting system can be used to seal and cut various industrial standard shrink films such as PE and POF.
4. The adjustable front-end feeding system and the storage platform at the back-end enable the entire machine to operate automatically at high speed without human intervention.
5. The TS-500L high-speed hot air circulation shrinkage furnace adopts a roller conveyor belt and a high-temperature resistant silicone tube wrapped around the drum, each of which can rotate freely. It can also be equipped with a PTFE mesh conveyor belt or a stainless steel conveyor mesh.
6. The temperature inside the furnace is uniform and suitable for shrink films made of different materials such as PE, PVC, POF, etc.
7. The insulated inner liner inside the furnace forms a hot air circulation, and the speed of the conveyor belt is adjusted according to the packaging needs of different packaging materials, achieving the best shrinkage effect.
