Fully automatic flip oscillatorIt is a device commonly used in industrial automation systems to generate alternating signals or periodic oscillations. Implement oscillation function based on electronic circuits. Its working principle can be summarized as the following steps:
Oscillatory circuit: The oscillator contains a stable oscillatory circuit composed of components such as capacitors, inductors, and crystals. By appropriately selecting the values and parameters of the components, the oscillation frequency and waveform can be determined.
Feedback mechanism: The oscillator feeds back a portion of the output signal to the oscillation circuit, forming a positive feedback loop. This feedback will cause self-excited oscillations in the circuit, causing it to continuously generate periodic signals.
Flip control: With flip control function, the output signal automatically flips within a fixed time interval. This can make the output signal of the oscillator exhibit alternating characteristics.

Choose installation location: Choose a stable and sturdy ground or experimental platform that can withstand the weight of the oscillator and the vibrations generated during operation. At the same time, ensure that the surrounding space is open, easy to operate and maintain, and away from heat sources, water sources, and strong electromagnetic interference sources.
Check equipment and accessories: Open the equipment packaging and carefully inspect whether the main unit, power cord, flip frame, fixture and other components are complete, damaged or deformed. Check if all interfaces are loose, and if the display screen, buttons, etc. are functioning properly.
Install the flip frame and fixture: Install the flip frame accurately on the main body of the oscillator according to the instructions in the manual, ensuring a secure connection and not loosening or falling off during operation. According to the shape and size of the sample container that needs to be processed, select the appropriate fixture to install on the flip frame for fixing the sample container.
Connect power supply: After confirming that the rated voltage of the device matches the power supply voltage of the laboratory, insert one end of the power cord into the power socket of the oscillator and the other end into a suitable power socket. Before inserting the power supply, make sure that the power switch is turned off.
Usage process
Preparation of samples: Place the samples to be processed into suitable containers, such as glass bottles, plastic bottles, etc., and ensure that the containers are well sealed to prevent sample leakage. According to the experimental requirements, it may be necessary to preprocess the sample, such as adding reagents, stirring evenly, etc.
Place the sample: Carefully place the container containing the sample on the fixture of the flipping rack, use the fixture to firmly fix the container, and ensure that the container does not shake or fall off during the flipping process. If processing multiple samples simultaneously, pay attention to uniform distribution to avoid weight imbalance.
Parameter settings:
Flip speed setting: Set the flip speed through the corresponding button or knob on the control panel. Generally speaking, the flipping speed can be adjusted within a certain range, such as 10-60 revolutions per minute, and the appropriate speed can be selected according to the properties of the sample and experimental requirements. For example, for some samples that require thorough mixing, a higher flipping speed can be chosen; For samples that are sensitive or require gentle processing, choose a lower speed.
Flip time setting: Set the flip time according to the experimental requirements. The time setting range usually ranges from a few minutes to several hours. Accurate settings can be made through the timer or the time setting button on the control panel.
Other parameter settings: It may also have functions such as temperature control and forward/reverse switching. If temperature control is required, appropriate temperature values can be set according to experimental requirements; If forward and reverse operations are required, corresponding settings can also be made on the control panel.
Start up: After confirming that the parameter settings are correct, close the protective door or cover of the oscillator, press the start button, and the device will start running. At this point, it is necessary to observe whether the equipment is running normally, whether the flipping frame rotates smoothly, and whether there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations.
Operation monitoring: During the operation of the equipment, regularly observe the operating status of the equipment and check whether the parameters such as flipping speed and time are consistent with the set values. At the same time, pay attention to the condition of the sample. If there are any abnormal situations such as sample leakage or container rupture, the machine should be stopped immediately for processing.
End operation:
Stop device: When the set flipping time is reached, the device will automatically stop running. If you need to stop early, you can press the stop button.
Take out the sample: Carefully open the protective door or cover, loosen the fixture, and take out the sample container. When taking out the sample, be careful to avoid burns or contamination by the sample.
Cleaning and maintenance: Timely clean residual samples and stains on the flip frame and fixtures to keep the equipment clean. If necessary, appropriate cleaning agents can be used for wiping, but care should be taken to avoid damaging the surface of the equipment. Regularly maintain and upkeep the equipment, check the connection and lubrication of each component, and ensure that the equipment is in good operating condition.
Turn off power: After cleaning is complete, turn off the power switch of the device and unplug the power cord.
