Fully automatic fusion assembly line

Each silo is manually prepared with a robotic arm that picks up materials and places them into the mechanism. After CCD cameras recognize the features, the robotic arm transfers the welded parts and other accessories to the welding machine. After welding is completed, the six axis robot transfers the welded parts and other accessories to the assembly machine for assembly. After assembly, the transfer robotic arm transfers the products to the testing machine for inspection and testing. The receiving robotic arm then grabs the materials and places them on the receiving conveyor belt, ultimately completing the entire production process
