Autoclave, also known as steam curing kettle or pressure steam kettle, is a large pressure vessel with a large volume and heavy weight.

The steam pressure vessel is widely used for steam curing of building materials such as aerated concrete blocks, concrete pipe piles, gray sand bricks, coal ash bricks, microporous calcium silicate boards, new lightweight wall materials, insulation asbestos boards, high-strength gypsum, etc. The hydrothermal reaction of CaO-Si02-H2O is completed inside the vessel.

The fully automatic hydraulic door opening steam pressure vessel is a new type of steam pressure vessel with a door opening mechanism developed by our company to solve the problem of low efficiency in the traditional steam pressure vessel door opening method. The technical personnel of the centralized group company have researched and developed the door opening mechanism of the steam pressure vessel. The steam pressure vessel of this door opening mechanism can be opened and closed slowly by using a hydraulic push rod, greatly improving the level of automation operation, reducing the labor intensity of workers, improving production efficiency, and saving maintenance costs of the steam pressure vessel.

Autoclaves are widely used in the steam curing of building materials such as aerated concrete blocks, pipe piles, gray sand bricks, coal ash bricks, microporous calcium silicate boards, new lightweight wall materials, insulation asbestos boards, high-strength gypsum, etc. They are also widely used in the production of rubber products, wood drying and anti-corrosion treatment, heavy metal smelting, refractory brick oil infiltration and coal infiltration, glass steam curing, high-pressure treatment of chemical fiber products, high-temperature and high-pressure treatment of food, pulp steaming, cable vulcanization, fishing net shaping, as well as pressure steam curing processes in chemical, pharmaceutical, aerospace industries, insulation materials, textile, military industries, etc.

Working principle

The hydraulic door opening mechanism consists of a door opening hydraulic cylinder, a revolving hydraulic cylinder, a shaft and kettle door connection device, a clamp positioning device, a hydraulic cylinder limit device, a hydraulic system, etc. When opening the kettle door, the operator should first open the control valve or button of the rotary hydraulic cylinder, rotate the clamp, and make the clamp teeth offset from the flange teeth of the kettle cover. Then open the control valve or button of the hydraulic cylinder to open the kettle door.

When closing the kettle door, first open the control valve or button of the hydraulic cylinder for opening the door to achieve the closure of the kettle door. Then open the control valve or button of the hydraulic cylinder for rotating the door, rotate the clamp to align the clamp teeth with the flange teeth of the kettle cover, and lock the kettle door.
