Product Introduction
The scientific research and technical personnel of Lufa Environmental Protection Company have found in long-term engineering practice that most of the oily wastewater in China currently contains a large amount of floating and suspended solids, and some even contain a large amount of impurities such as sediment and leftover food. In this case, the probes and solenoid valves used for automatic oil discharge in intelligent oil-water separators often fail, and even block the solenoid valves.
For this reason, our company has organized scientific research and technical personnel to carry out technical research. Through repeated tests and bold practice, we have developed a new generation of fully automatic oil-water separator suitable for China's national conditions, which has completely realized that no electricity is needed, oil removal efficiency is high, and only regular oil drainage is required. Therefore, investment is saved, and operation and maintenance costs are reduced. It is especially suitable for the treatment of wastewater containing animal and vegetable oil, such as hotels, restaurants, canteens, food processing plants, etc. It is also suitable for the treatment of industrial wastewater containing mineral oil, such as oil fields, petrochemical industry, ships, gas stations, machinery processing and manufacturing, and coking. It can also be used with other water treatment devices.

Principle:

Small impurities and oils in the water adhere to the microbubbles and float to the water surface. Guo, the automatic oil scraper and oil separator provided by our company is also equipped with a heater in the oil collection area to ensure that the oil will not solidify into lumps at low temperatures, which is more conducive to the discharge of oil. Product Features:
1. The fully automatic oil-water separator is made of stainless steel, which is not easily corroded and durable.
2. Microcomputer control system can automatically control the opening and closing time of equipment, saving time, effort, safety and convenience.
3. Automatic slag discharge device: Oily wastewater enters from the inlet and is automatically discharged into the debris collection bucket through an automatic grid machine. The wastewater enters the box and is slowed down by a partition before entering the separation bin.
4. Air flotation device: An air flotation device is installed in the oil separation zone of the oil-water separator. The purpose is to make the oil and grease in the sewage in the oil separation zone adhere to extremely small bubbles and quickly rise to the surface, eventually surfacing. When the floating oil layer reaches a certain height, the oil scraping system will scrape it into the oil collection tank, thus achieving the purpose of oil-water separation.
5. Automatic oil scraping: When the oil level in the oil separator reaches a certain height, the mechanical oil scraping system will automatically work, scraping the floating oil into the oil collection tank and flowing into the external oil storage tank. After the oil storage tank is filled, it will be collected at regular intervals.
6. Automatic heating system (optional): In order to prevent the freezing of animal oil in winter from affecting the oil separation and scraping effect, our company provides an automatic oil scraping oil separator. A heater is also installed in the oil collection area to ensure that the oil will not solidify into blocks at low temperatures, which is more conducive to the discharge of oil. Non standard equipment can be made according to user requirements, with equipment size, inlet and outlet direction, and pipe diameter determined by the user.
7. Automatic lifting pump function (optional): In automatic operation mode, the equipment runs fully automatically under PLC control. When the water level reaches the set water level, the pump automatically starts to pump water. When the water level is lower than the set water level, the pump automatically stops pumping, realizing the alternating operation of two pumps as backup for each other. This not only ensures the need for continuous drainage but also greatly extends the service life of the equipment. When one sewage pump fails, the equipment can automatically switch to the other sewage pump without stopping working and lock the single pump operation. If both water pumps fail and the liquid level reaches the ultra-high level, the sound and light alarm will automatically start, indicating the need for maintenance.
8. Mature processes and equipment make operation more stable, with a higher degree of automation, simple equipment installation and operation, and fewer malfunctions.
9. The length, width, and height of the tank body are customized according to the customer's usage site.
