1. Structure and working principle of three roll large honey pills:

The three roll large honey pill machine usually adopts a frame structure, consisting of a front frame (including an infinitely variable speed motor and extruder), a conveyor belt, a rear frame (including fixed rollers, idler rollers, etc.), and an automatic feeding, cutting, and pushing system. The core principle is to extrude the medicine strip through a screw propeller, control the cutting length through a photoelectric actuator, and then use a three roll module to knead and press it into shape. Finally, the finished pellets are output through a conveyor belt.
